Cheese, made traditionally and with care, is something to be passionate about. Each individual cheese has its own romantic, and often times comical, story. Come learn about a few while enjoying some delicious dessert pairings on Valentine's Day!

Tuesday, February 21st: FIZZ & FROMAGE 

Finally...a cheese course for everyone! We already know that beer and wine can make for some fantastic pairings ; now we think it's time to explore the possibilities with some of the foods and beverages from right here in our store. No need to be over 21! 

From classic pairings to a few unlikely suspects, this class will explore the dynamic (and often-times delicious) relationship between cheese and wine.

 

CHEESE COURSES AT FORWARD FOODS:

The goal of our Education Department is to nourish Oklahoma’s ever-growing interest in artisanal, handmade, and farmstead cheeses. From Cheese 101 to Beer & Cheese to Olive Oil Tastings with area experts, there is something for everyone at Forward Foods!

Price for all courses is $35/person. (Wine & Beer are complimentary)

Must be 21 years of age or older to attend
